Please call us Robert Yanez District manager 1 (408) 887-1367 Juan Sidhu District manager 1 (408) 250-5306 Fátima puentes District manager 1 (408) 674-8612 Roles & Responsibilities: • Prep area: Tarp, mask, and cover prep-work for fixtures and flooring • Inspect all areas needing paint for defects (i.e., holes, nail pops, cracks, uneven drywall, tapelines, foreign objects) • Spot prime certain areas • Repair sheetrock • Paint vacated interior units using brushes, rollers, sprayers/cans techniques and surface texturing • Work at various heights/lofted levels • Provide immaculate clean-up when finished Job Requirements: • Must have at least 1-year experience spray, roll and brush painting • Must have GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE • Must have OWN VEHICLE to transport tools, supplies and equipment to different properties • Must USE OWN EQUIPMENT AND TOOLS to perform all duties (including portable spray cans, rollers, brushes, pans, drop cloths, tape, plastic, tarps, etc.) • Must have SMART PHONE to receive work assignments • Must be reliable, customer service-oriented and willing to be part of a team • Must be honest and organized with positive attitude, looking to represent an ethical business • Must be organized and able to think on your feet • Must be available to WORK: MONDAY through FRIDAY 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. Compensation is based on a per-unit rate and your ability to complete quality cleans in a timely fashion
