Job Description for: Field Technician The Field Technician is responsible for traveling to and from customer jobsites, and performing maintenance and the installation of storm drain filters. This includes the use of basic hand and power tools along with our truck mounted industrial vacuum and power washer. Not all days are in the field, some days are required to be in the warehouse prepping for jobs. Technicians arrive to the main warehouse to begin each day, and then leave with another technician traveling to that day’s allotted work sites. Confined space entry training and forklift certifications are provided. Experience with basic hand and power tools needed. Able to lift 50-70 lbs. occasionally, stooping, bending, turning, and entry into small, tight quarters is common. Technicians operate company trucks to and from customer accounts to service, install, and maintain filter units. Hours vary from night shifts, early a.m. shifts and standard day shifts. Overtime is occasionally required. Acceptable driving record required. Clean background check required. Starting pay rate: $19 per hour DOE. Hours: Mon – Fri, 8 hour days.
