From Baltimore City Department of Public Works: Baltimore City Department of Public Works (DPW) Acting Director Matthew W. Garbark reminds residents that Presidents' Day, Monday, February 15, 2021, is a City holiday. DPW offices and sanitation yards will be CLOSED. Monday, February 15, is not a scheduled trash or recycling collection day.
