Work description: Tower Technicians climb hundreds of feet on all types of towers and structures to install wireless communications equipment. Being able to work in windy, very cold or very hot conditions will be required. Working safely is absolutely necessary and the highest priority of Tower Technologies, LLC. You will be secured to the tower at all times while you are on the tower. No exceptions! Tower Technologies, LLC will only provide the best tower climbing harnesses and safety equipment. Every Tower Technician will be properly trained and certified before being permitted to work on a tower. Skills/Experience: One year of construction experience, climbing or tower experience is a plus, although not necessary, but the will to learn is. Each Tower Technician will be trained with certifications in Tower Climbing Safety and Rescue, CPR/First Aid, OSHA 10-hour, Fundamentals of Rigging, and RF Safety. Travel: *Normal scheduling requires our crew members to meet at our shop in Prairie du Sac every Monday morning, returning on Friday. * When you are required to stay overnight for a job, you will receive $100 per diem for lodging and meals. Majority of Weekends off (rare weekend work may be required).
