PLEASE REPLY WITH A RESUME! AVAILABLE ROLES: Maintenance Specialist for Blaker Brewing. POSITION TYPES: Part-time, about 24 hours per week. At BOTH Blaker Brewing Taprooms (Ceres and Atwater.) Blaker would like this to become a full-time position with the right team member. WEEKLY SHIFTS: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, from 9am-5:30pm. REPORTS TO: CEO, President, Taproom Manager, Brewer. POSITION SUMMARY: Maintenance Specialist (MS) receives starting wage based upon prior experience, qualifications. MS serves as a labor assistant to the management team of Blaker Brewing. Duties include: Grounds-keeping, landscaping, building maintenance, handyman jobs, heavy lifting, moving trailers, and more. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Previous experience in a physical labor role, preferably landscaping. Comfortable with power tools: saws, drills, sanders, pressure washers, etc. -Exceptional work ethic and reliability. -Ability to frequently solo lift and/or move 50+ pounds, and occasionally team lift and/or move up to 200 lbs. -Valid CA driver’s license and a reliable means of transportation (two-axel vehicle, car, truck, van, etc.) -Ability to work flexible days and hours. -English as a second language is okay.
