Pro Flooring Systems, LLC is seeking prior military for an exciting position on our flooring crew. Here we do resinous flooring (liquid epoxy) and polished concrete. We are offering full-time employment as one of a great crew of laborers or certified installers. Some projects require out of town travel; however, exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis. Experience is preferred, but not necessary. Above average pay with bonuses for key people with experience in the Resinous Flooring and Concrete Restoration Industry. Pay depends on level of experience. Responsibilities: • Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations • Proper use of equipment and materials • Strive to meet and exceed all production targets • Input timely hours • Prepping • Diamond grinding, shot blasting, and/or scarifying • Patching cracks and imperfections on concrete floors • Installing epoxy and urethane coatings • Polishing concrete Qualifications: • Industrial Epoxy Flooring Systems, Broadcast Quartz Flooring Systems, Broadcast Flake Flooring Systems, Acrylic Flooring Systems, Overlay Flooring, trowel downs, self-leveling mortars experience preferred • Must be able to lift 50-100lbs regularly • 18 years of age or older • Authorized to work in the United States • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation • Must be professional. • Must be a team player • Able to operate hand grinders, jack hammers, and crawl on hands and knees to trowel floors • Knowledge of PPE and personal safety is a must • Able to measure quantities of volume and distance / area and do basic math. • Willing to alternate between a fast pace and a slow pace work environment. • Work involves hazardous materials • Ability to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays & holidays Training for minimal experience available.
