Skilled Carpenter/Supervisor/Contractor needed

Im looking for a skilled carpenter/contractor to work with me on a renovation in Spartanburg,( then Lancaster) Must be qualified to do everything including carpentry, sheetrock, electric rough in, plumbing rough in and or find and supervise the other trades. Basically just see that the job gets done honestly. Plumbing and electric work must be licensed. I only need one person and an occasional helper. Must live near the job.
