I want to hire a licensed plumber to install a tankless Hot Water Heater. I have a 50 gallon tank installed now. The location is four feet from and four feet from the exterior wall. It also has a floor drain. I will buy the unit only need the existing unit removed and the new one installed. Send me your estimates if you are interested.
