Description

Currently looking for individuals who are interested in completing mortgage property inspections of homes in the counties of Sullivan, Greene, Daviess, Knox, and other surrounding areas. You would be conducting occupancy checks of homes and completing interior inspections of vacant homes. Position requirements: self-motivated, detail oriented, people skills, organizational skills, knowledge of mapping best accurate route for orders, ability to work independently, ability to adhere to specific turn around times, must have a smart phone, ability to use various apps to complete work (taking photos and answering script questions about the property), must pass background check, must have reliable transportation, and must adhere to company policies and procedures.
