The responsibilities include overseeing and working together with a team of house keepers, detailing the rooms and property, creative problem solving, working closely with the front desk teams, giving a hand around the property in various ways, and the ability to build and maintain professional and meaningful relationships. The hospitality industry is unpredictable and so it's important to be flexible, as well as a strong team leader. Previous house keeping management experience preferred.
