I am looking for 1 dedicated worker for a packaging job in Columbus, Ohio.  You must be very reliable, honest and be willing to work consistently.  No bad attitudes!  We are a group of good hearted and hardworking people and that is the only type of people we are interested in!  Do not waste your time if you do not fit this description. Job Description: You will be packaging products in to cardboard boxes or plastic bags, labeling, counting and boxing the products to be sent to a fulfillment center.  It's fairly simple work but this requires excellent efficiency, attention to detail and dedication. • You will be sitting, standing, bending and reaching throughout your entire shift.  • You need to be able to lift 25 lbs or more occasionally, possibly up to 50 lbs. • You must be able to work well using your hands, eyes and nose in order to properly quality check every product prior to shipping. (we work with incense / aromatherapy type of products) • Key attributes required: Efficiency, attention to detail, honesty, integrity, reliability and self-motivated. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am – 4pm.  Your actual work schedule can be somewhat flexible; you must be able to work 40 hours every week. Location: Near downtown Columbus Pay & Benefits: • Starting out, your pay rate is $15/hr. • There are Quarterly raises which vary from $0.25 - $1 per hour, given if you are able to meet a fair personal performance target.  If you take care of the business, the business will take care of you! • We pay holiday bonuses at the end of year and occasionally bonuses outside of that as well for outstanding performance. • Company 401k program with 3% match and profit sharing available after 1 year of service. • Medical, Dental & Vision insurance is available after your probationary period. • Pay is weekly, every Wednesday by direct deposit OR company check.  • No advances, no cash, no loans, no exceptions. • You must continue to meet basic production & attendance requirements and there will be monthly performance reviews. Requirements: 1) You must be able to stand or sit for your entire shift. (Work table is height adjustable) 2) You must show up on time, consistently and continue to work efficiently. 3) You must have attention to detail, honesty, integrity, reliability, and self-motivation. 4) You must have reliable transportation. 5) You must have a working cell phone. 6) You must be willing to work 40 hours per week.  7) You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally. 8) You must be able to pass a background check (no felonies) & pass a drug test.
