Glass House Farms is looking for the following: JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Delivery and pickup products per daily schedule JOB DUTIES: • Transport of raw or finished product or other materials • Coordinate with cultivation/compliance team on scheduled deliveries • Confirm delivery of products • Follow all procedures according to regulations from the Bureau of Cannabis Control, CDFA, and compliance department SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS: • Valid driver’s license • Clean driving record • Above the age of 25 • Attention to detail • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Ability to work in a logical, systematic manner • Courteous and professional interpersonal skills OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: • Must be a self-starter with minimal supervision, able to work independently and in a team environment • This position requires a 40-hour minimum work week • Willingness to work weekends MENTAL/ PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Ability to work in normal, refrigerated and below freezing temperatures for short or long periods of time. • Ability to work in conditions typically found in a greenhouse with high humidity and varying temperatures with a fair amount of moisture present • Ability to exert up to 50 pounds in order to lift and move product • Ability to balance, reach grasp while climbing on a step stool and/ or ladder • Ability to crouch, grasp and lift product above shoulders in order to lift product from the floor properly • Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time as job duties require • Ability to use required tools to perform job duties
