Audio Engineers/Producers Wanted

We are finishing up a boutique Sound Studio in Los Angeles. I'm an independent film producer and due to the nature of the work I sometimes end up doing post-sound on the films I produce. Last year I decided to just go ahead and build my own studio. My film projects are not enough to keep the space busy so I am looking for Audio Engineers and/or Producers who want to have a home to bring their clients to. We are about a month away from finishing the space, but I want to start recruiting professionals that may be in need of a space. Now this is not your run of the mill, throw some speakers up in a room and call it a studio. We are building it properly with plenty of sound isolation and sound treatment. There is a Live Room and a Control Room, each about 16' x 17', with a proper control window between them. Audio interface is top notch (Antelope Audio Orion Synergy Core) with a surround monitor controller. We also have a 100" 4K Epson projector as we plan to also cater to film production. The facility will allow for *5.1 Surround Mixing on 7 Series JBL speakers *Stereo mixing on Barefoot Footprint 01s *Full Band Tracking *ADR Recording *Foley Recording *Color Correcting for video *Video Editing *Podcasting We are going to be very selective as to who we allow in our space for obvious reasons, so be prepared to provide references but also we want someone with a good attitude who can bring respectful clients. As much as we are very relaxed and chilled, we will not allow smoking inside. There is a patio where that can happen, but also prefer not to have too much of that as it might affect our neighbors (so perhaps not looking for a chain smoker).
