You will be responsible for working as part of a team to complete multiple maintenance projects from start to finish. Experience playing team sports or working on a high performance team is a plus. Job Type: Full-time Compensation: $20/hr + depending on experience - Rapid advancement opportunities Requirements: Essential Duties and Responsibilities MUST BE COACHABLE Must be able to lead yourself to complete and correct all repairs associated with a property. Must have experience with basic maintenance repairs, changing door knobs, installing blinds, caulking etc. Serious attention to detail and pride in work required Must maintain professional image Able to load and unload trucks Drive trucks to job sites Operate hand and power tools Communicate with supervisors, co-workers, and office personnel as needed. Being extremely responsive and attentive Successfully multi-tasking throughout the day, wearing multiple hats Enjoy working in a fast paced, quick thinking environment Position Qualifications/Requirements Being open to travel is a plus Must be able to pass a background check Must have a valid driver’s license Highly motivated, energetic individual with a positive attitude Must be a team player and have excellent communication skills Able to make decisions under tight deadlines.
