WASHINGTON COUNTY, MN— A total of 25,297 residents— or 9.9 percent of the county— have received at least their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, according to the latest numbers from the Minnesota Department of Health. Of those, 7,718 residents — or 3 percent of the county — have received both doses. In Minnesota overall, 599,218 people have received at least one dose. Nearly 177,239 people, or 3.1 percent of the state, have received both doses.
