WASHINGTON COUNTY, MN— A total of 25,297 residents— or 9.9 percent of the county— have received at least their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, according to the latest numbers from the Minnesota Department of Health.
Of those, 7,718 residents — or 3 percent of the county — have received both doses.
In Minnesota overall, 599,218 people have received at least one dose. Nearly 177,239 people, or 3.1 percent of the state, have received both doses.
In all, 904,925 vaccines have been shipped to Minnesota providers, and 211,800 vaccines have been shipped to long-term care facilities for the CDC long-term care vaccination program.Those who are currently eligible to be vaccinated include:
