I am looking for a painter/handyman for several apartment complexes. Family owned business for 28 years that has an opening coming available soon. Responsibilities and expectations for this position include: -Painting -Light repairs -General apartment turnover tasks -Honesty & Reliability -Communication Skills -Light Plumbing & Electrical -Workmenship Pride & Accountability -Positive tenant interaction This is a long term position and depending on level of skill and output there will be more opportunity. The job comes with tools and a van so please have a clean driving record.
