Description
Looking for someone with maintenance background and willingness to learn.
Skills to complete the following are required but not all inclusive:
Plumbing repairs
Light electrical (fixture and switch replacements)
Carpentry repairs
Drywall repairs, texturing, and paint
Complete apartment turnovers as directed
Complete tenant repair requests
Must be able to communicate clearly and cordially with tenants and staff regarding maintenance issues.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years of experience
Must have truck
Valid CA driver's license
Must be able to work with minimal supervision
Must be skilled in the use of all power and hand tools necessary to complete apartment maintenance.
