The governor of Massachusetts just announced even more strict travel restrictions … with that said we officially have to move all operations of the Plymouth ParaCon 2020 to Boston/Quincy Sept. 17-19, 2021. We tried our best, but even if we adhere to the Phase 3 regulations it’s not possible.
