Wages: Starting at $28/hour, Full Time Benefits: Paid Time Off and Bonus Programs SUMMARY: A luxury home builder in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley is looking for EXPERIENCED finish/trim carpenter for jobsites. The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic, a professional disposition, and knowledge of finish carpentry. Travel required between jobsites located in Paradise Valley and Scottsdale. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Perform work in accordance with the job specification and safety guidelines. • Duties include: base trim, crown molding, hang doors/jams, closet install, cabinet installs, possible small framing jobs. • Must be able to read and interpret plans, specs, schedule and other construction documents. • Drywall abilities a plus but not required. • Small toolset a plus but not required. Miscellaneous • Maintain professional image (i.e. appearance, dress, and behavior). • Must be reliable, have valid driver’s license and own transportation • Forklift, scissor lift certs a plus • Other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the training, knowledge and experience, and skills and abilities required for the position. Education and Training: · At least 3 years carpentry experience. · At least 3 years construction experience.
