Property Management company with properties located in Shadyside, Squirrel Hill and Brentwood is looking to add to our maintenance staff team. Full time, 40 hours a week, Monday thru Friday, in a multi-cultural environment. Occasional Saturday work is requested. Daily workload may include: - Plumbing: toilet repairs, clearing drains, repairing faucets, installing new - Electrical: light fixture and outlet replacement - Carpentry: door and window repair, plaster repair - Appliance installation WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON! Construction workers or apartment complex experience is a plus. We will take into consider each individual skill and experience level and discuss salary options based on actual skillset and actual performance. Applicants with exceptional performance will be eligible for a pay increase after 30 days!! Opportunities to earn extra money will be offered after 30 days: Turnovers + After Hour Projects + Vehicle Use / Reimbursement as well as overtime for Saturday's when scheduled. Reliable vehicle is required. Basic tools are required within your first 30 days. Spanish speaking is a plus! Background check will be conducted if hired.
