We are searching for a detail-oriented, dependable Associate to join our growing team. The Associate’s responsibilities include operating and maintaining industry-specific equipment, diagnosing and troubleshooting, and collaborating with other professionals to be able to make useful recommendations wherever possible. To be successful as an Associate, you should demonstrate strong self-discipline and a passion for efficient and effective work completion. Outstanding Associates possess sound reasoning skills and superb active listening skills. ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES • Utilizing company-issued equipment for detail-cleaning and disinfecting tasks • Installation of equipment in client locations throughout San Antonio and South Texas • Disperse supplies and miscellaneous items to client locations and South Texas • Repairing or replacing equipment • Source supplies per directions of Leadership • Assist in the day-to-day business activities • Provide reports and documentation when requested ASSOCIATE REQUIREMENTS • High School diploma • Open availability • Valid Driver’s License • Dependable transportation (truck preferred) • Valid vehicle insurance • Ability to multitask and coordinate with professionals in different fields • Ability to explain problems simply and clearly • Ability to understand verbal and written instructions • Ability to follow health and safety regulations • Basic mathematical and problem-solving skills • Willingness to travel • MS Office experience preferred PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, crawl, climb, and sit for extended periods of time • Ability to lift up to 50lbs. repetitively • Ability to drive for multiple hours at a time
