Female Aussies needs help

I have a female red merle that is in need of help. She has a skin condition that I can’t afford to take care of. We have been to three vets and all of them are saying the same thing, she needs surgery. She has several lumps that are forming in different areas of her body that burst at times. Is anyone willing to give her a home or know of a rescue in the area? Aries is a great dog, well mannered, housebroken, and super smart. She is a lapdog, loving and gets along with other dogs.
