Looking to hire an entry level Project Manager for a construction and restoration company. Training will be provided for a motivated individual. RESPONSIBILITIES to include but not limited to: - Job site inspections to gather detailed information in order to provide accurate estimate to clients following appropriate company protocols. - Schedule and oversee job sites to include employees, contractors for effectiveness and timely completion - Communicate and provide updates to administration departments regarding ongoing jobs REQUIREMENTS - 5+ years in construction industry and restoration industry to include water damage, mold remediation. -Detail Oriented, Responsible and Reliable - Experience with insurance work preferred but not required - Experience with Xactimate preferred but not required.
