On-site Apartment Manager / Maintenance Property Management Company is looking for an on-site apartment manager/maintenance. The project is located in south-central Los Angeles. Duties include, but are not limited to: - Previous experience in general maintenance. - Skills in basic plumbing, electrics, and carpentry. - Experience in general painting and decorating tasks. - Maintain positive landlord and tenant relations - Handle emergency situations - Assist operation - Office work - Tenant relation - Require living on site All candidates must be organized and have good communication skills. Experience in working with special needs population and fair housing regulation a plus.
