Self Storage Management Company is looking for a part-time (20 hrs/wk) custodian/maintenance person for our location in West Covina. The responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to: general cleaning of the offices, restroom, floors, parking lots, drive ways and storage units. Also requires knowledge of replacing light bulbs, cleaning supplies and equipment. This work schedule has flexibility, but will be within the office hours of 8:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. Hourly rate of $14.00 per hour.
