Hi Everyone, We own a warehouse property in the Arts District and it's essentially a blank canvas right now. We are looking for a muralist or artist to do a design on the exterior (and interior if desired). The address is 1922 E 7th Place Los Angeles, CA 90021. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for exposure to a large market as there is heavy auto and foot traffic here. It's currently painted all white inside and we are open to all designs. Please email us with your website and ideas as to what you would like to paint! We are willing to pay depending on the level of design and will obviously pay for materials. OR we can also provide you with a free creative office / studio space for a limited time as an exchange. We own and manage other buildings in LA so if this goes well, you could apply your designs to our other properties as well.
