We are a small local business in the Willamette Valley that is looking for people who enjoy taking dirty homes and making them beautiful! The deep cleaning we offer is not for the faint of heart. It is very detailed and fast paced. We specialize in the cleaning of unoccupied homes and apartments. Universal Shine has built our 5 star Google rating by offering the most detailed of cleanings. We are looking for trustworthy, professional, reliable individuals that are interested in helping us build our company and expand our business. Each employee must have a valid driver's license with a semi-clean driving record in the last 3 years (insurance reasons) You work in teams of 1-2 technicians and drive a company vehicle. This is a Monday-Friday position. 1-5 Saturdays a year. Work hours are between 8am to usually 6pm BUT ending time will vary. When busy, hours WILL stretch beyond 6pm and the expectation is that your schedule is flexible enough to allow for this. PAY STRUCTURE & BONUS - $12.00 to start and train plus BONUS (see below for details) - $12.50 per hour after passing a 30 day performance review (great attendance) ---$2 DOLLAR PER HOUR BONUS on 75% of hours worked a week IF THREE GOALS ARE MET: Goals are calculated weekly and paid on every paycheck -------------1.) On time every day to work: 8:15am -------------2.) No missed days in a week -------------3.)
