We are looking to add Laborers, Locators and experienced Directional Drill Operators to join our team for the 2021 construction season. Work will tentatively begin the end of March/start of April (weather pending). CDL drivers are encouraged to apply. Health Insurance and Retirement Benefits are available after a probation period. WEEKENDS OFF!! The majority of our work is located around the greater metro area. However, work can be located anywhere throughout the state of MN, depending on contracts, so you must be able to be out of town during the work week. Our work week is typically four days, Monday-Thursday (average of 50-55 hrs a week) with every weekend off. An occasional working Friday may be required. Applicants must pass a pre-employment drug test to be eligible for hire. Hourly compensation ($18-$30) is dependent on experience and license and will be discussed upon interview.
