Seeking energetic technicians with experience in irrigation, IPM management, and landscape maintenance. We would love to have you join our team. We offer competitive pay for foreman at $650-850/week and $10-15/hr for laborers. 40+ hours a week. Other benefits: 401k, Health, Dental, Eye, Life, Observed Holidays, Sick, and Vacation time. *Schedule and monitor daily work loads *Plan, coordinate, and collect equipment and materials each day *Attend and participate in crew and department general and safety meetings *Prepare timesheets and other daily paperwork as required by the company *Safe driving of company owned vehicles trucks (with or without trailers) and transporting crew members *Monitor and maintain irrigation controller (changing times, replacing heads, etc..) *Provide offsite personnel support *Safe operation of equipment Required Skills *Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a routine basis *Ability to bend and stoop on a continual basis *Ability to work outside in all weather conditions *Ability to work around bees, poison ivy, pollen, thorns and other environmental risks *Must be able to work with minimal supervision *Must wear work boots, Bland landscaping uniforms and present yourself in a clean and polite manner *Must practice safety with chemicals and equipment *Must have valid NC Driver's license and maintain a good driving record (CDL preferred) *Must be able to pass a criminal background check *Must have good communication skills and ability to motivate others *Must comply with Bland's policies and procedures Apply Online!!!
