The Carpenter/Tile setter must possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to provide the best quality work to multi-unit fast food restaurants thru out the Chicagoland area. This position is responsible for general Carpentry including painting, tile repair, door hinges repair, door closer repair, concrete repair, light plumbing and light electrical. The Carpenter/Tile setter provides support and assist with remodels and new restaurant openings. Must be able to work independently, understand the impact of their work on the overall operating budget, and exemplify a self-starter and driven attitude. Must be able to work overnights, our customer's prefer remodels to be done overnights. Skilled in the following areas: Light Plumbing Carpentry Minor Electrical Tile, Flooring, Drywall Paint Building Exterior *Essential Qualifications Multi skilled Craftsmen who is able to work both independently and with others. Good communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service. Previous experience in Commercial repair/maintenance is preferred. Ability to work outdoors, on ladders and rooftops. Ability to organize work and meet deadlines. Position may require overtime. Must have valid drivers license. Position requires traveling.
