Maintenance helper needed to assist in completing work tickets related to our assisted living homes. The homes are located in the Phoenix, Towson, Timonium, Parkville, and Perry Hall areas. Helper would expect to complete such tasks as painting, repair and/or replacement of appliances, assembly of furniture, assisting with plumbing repairs, moving and/or removing of furnishings, replacement of filters, light bulbs, door knobs, locks, etc, grounds maintenance (including mowing and snow removal), and any other maintenance needs that might be delegated to them by the Maintenance Supervisor. This is a part time position, daytime hours, schedule has some flexibility. Maintenance duties will be completed in and around assisted living homes that belong to adults with developmental disabilities, so applicants must be able to pass a background check.
