General laborer Pallet Builder Night Position 2:30pm - 11pm Mon - Fri Some Saturdays required Full time with Benefits $12.00 to start then Pay depends on Production of 120 pallets a day depending on size POSITION PURPOSE: This is an entry-level full-time position. The function of this position is to build pallets per specifications. This position supports a variety of functions from set up of workstations, prepping work station, and clean up. This position reports to assigned Fricks Pallet Supervisor. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: o Arrive on time, have reliable transportation and ready to work. o Cleaning and preparing work station o Keeps work area clean and organized o Operate power tools i.e air gun o Supports other functions o Performs other specialized tasks which may require on the job training. o Other duties as assigned REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES: o Must be at least 18 years of age o Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks o Pass physical and drug screen test o Must be punctual and reliable o Must obey all applicable safety procedures PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: o Prolonged standing and walking o Ability to crouch, stoop, kneel, squat and bend for long periods of time o Able to lift 50 pounds at a time o Requires full range of body movements o Overtime o Able to work in a manufacturing environment, indoor/outdoor, and occasional inclement weather conditions
