Couple of car wiring and cleanup things

I wanted to see if I could get a couple of fairly simple things done on my car, which is a very beloved Subaru Outback: 1. The ground is pretty dodgy and the headlights dim and even engine rpms drop even when you do something simple like raise a window. I would like to have someone install totally bombproof, neat, supplemental grounding wires to the engine block, alternator bracket, chassis, electronics box, etc. 4 or 5 points should do it. Subaru grounds are just mighty sketchy -- that's all there is to it! 2. My brake calipers are very rusty and look out of place on an otherwise nice car. I would like to have them painted with black POR-15 (I think I may have some; not sure). While you're at it, the non-swept parts of the brake rotors can be painted to0, as they are rusty (but in no need of replacement). 3. It would be great to get the engine bay cleaned up. It's not too bad but not as good as it could be. I would prefer that you come over and do this stuff in my driveway. I don't have jackstands though -- you'd want to bring some over.
