Are you a food entrepreneur looking to start a food business/restaurant. We are offering our commercial kitchen up to the right entrepreneur(s) at no initial cost to you. This entire commercial kitchen has ovens, flat top, ranges and tons of other equipment. It is built to code and will be passing health re-inspection next week. We still have a lease on the place and it will be in our name but we are looking to work with some hungry entreprenuers who are willing to take their business to the next level. Ideal food for this location would be Mexican/New Mexican as all the equipment is ready for this type of food however a cafe or sandwich shop (tortas?!) would also work very well. We will be utilizing storage space but the entire kitchen could be yours to make your culinary dreams a reality. We are not asking for any help with the rent or utilities for the first 4 months to ensure you can make it and feel comfortable in the space provided.
