Construction and Handyman company that is continuously growing! We need more exceptional team members to come on board. We are currently looking for full-time employees with experience. Painters/ those with painting experience especially needed right now! We are seeking team members with an excellent work ethic. Being reliable, showing up on time, good communication, and working hard is important. Our company does all types of work such as bathroom and kitchen remodels, fencing, greenhouses, decks, painting, drywall, household repairs, flooring, and all kinds of residential work. We do most any and everything in and around the home. At this time we are looking to bring on strong team members with experience. We want tigers not turkeys. Must have a good attitude and be able to work 40 hours. The more experience and skills you have the better the pay. We provide our team members, work vehicles, paid fuel, insurance, all tools, and equipment needed for use during work hours and guidance from our foreman and team. We work full-time 40 hours on the job sites each week with the potential for overtime hours at time and a half if desired. Overtime is not mandatory. Health insurance benefits available after the probationary period. We offer periodic bonuses based on reliability and performance. You win when we win! Responsibilities: · Show up for your workday on time. Job assignments are scheduled to begin at 7am so arriving at the home base at 6:30 am will be necessary most days. Days are 8 hours of work with a 1-hour lunch break. Your workday will typically end between 4pm and 5 pm. We work 5 days a week with Saturdays and Sundays off. Work requirements · Complete work orders, in a timely fashion. We believe in working hard and doing our best. · Review job assignments given to you prior to going on-site and asking us for any instructions or any questions you might need/have. Coordinating with your assigned job team is also important. · Maintain a clean and safe workspace on the job site. Follow COVID and safety protocols as assigned. · Maintain a professional and clean appearance and be willing to follow our company dress code. We will provide branded shirts and a sweatshirt for your use during work hours. · Maintain a clean and organized work truck and toolbox(es). Keep tools well cared for and alert us when something needs repair or replacement. Pick up and drop off work trucks/vehicle each day at the home base. Perform other duties, as assigned Qualifications: · Previous experience in maintenance, construction, remodels, painting, etc. · Familiarity with hand-held/power tools and equipment ·Deadline and detail-oriented self-starter ·Ability to handle physical workload and lift up to 100lbs on the job · Proficient in English and can communicate well with us and with customers as needed when on a job site • Ability to communicate with admin or boss easily and willingly. Mutual respect and teamwork are vital. Must not have any issues communicating with or answering to management, admins, a boss authority, etc. We care about our team members and need a structured environment to properly run our business. · Must have a social security number to legally work in the US · Have a clean or mostly clean driving record (No DUIs etc.) and a valid WA state drivers license · Be willing to submit to a background check. Criminal history does not automatically disqualify you depending on the circumstances · Be willing to submit to random drug testing. Cannabis use during non-working hours will not disqualify you. · Must have a smartphone for job assignment schedule access and time card GPS enabled app to use. Must be familiar with and accepting of the technology. We have lots of systems in place and everything is done online. Please read over this entire posting.
