Reynolds Landscape, a well-established, innovative full-service, landscape design and installation company, is searching for hardworking, reliable Landscape Crew Members. Shop is located in South Snohomish County. What You Can Expect: • Monday – Friday schedule (No Weekends) • Competitive Wage ($19 - $22 hourly DOE) • Unlimited Overtime • Generous clothing allowance • Health Insurance • Generous PTO, Sick and Holiday Pay • Birthday and Work Anniversary Recognition • Additional Bonus Opportunities • Stay busy year-round OR Seasonal opportunities • Work for a team-oriented company that has been in business since 1987 with a proven reputation of unparalleled service and unique creativity • Opportunity to grow and learn valuable skills • Mostly local projects within a reasonable driving distance (jobs convenient to Woodinville, Monroe, Everett, Marysville, and the North Suburbs) What You Will Do: • Assist in the installation of landscape design plans which can range from basic plant installation, soil and mulch replacement, and grading to building complex patios, decks, retaining walls, low voltage lighting, irrigation and water features. • Follow directions from the foreman and bring a “can do” attitude. • Operate small landscape machinery and equipment. • Follow all safety guidelines. • Assist with other duties as needed. What is Expected of You: • Strong work ethic. • Comfortable working outdoors, even in inclement weather. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • Access to reliable transportation to get to our shop or to jobs in various locations. • Ready to follow instructions and eager to learn. • Dependable and punctual – Our Team counts on one another! • Strong attention to detail and take pride in one’s work. • General knowledge of plants and their environmental needs specific to the Northwest is a PLUS. • Able to lift heavy objects.
