Interviewing to hire : FACILITY MAINTENANCE TECH - REPAIR LEAD for BUILDING ( FACILITIES) 4 different Buildings Must have min 2 yrs exp in Facility - Building Maintenance and Commercial Building repair * Minor Plumbing - minor electrical and minor PM's for Commercial rooftop HVAC units * Carpentry and paint work ( misc handy man and repairs but for commercial buildings!) * Repair doors and door hardware or replace ( including ROLL UP industrial doors) * repair other items as needed ( this is just a sampling of the experience we seek) CAN DO ATTITUDE with an eagerness and ability to resolve problems and find solutions! Pay starts 16-18hour depending on exp ( THIS IS FULL TIME 40 HRS MIN every week!) plus full benefits and a company truck to drive between each project. LONG TERM positions and for the right person this could lead to Facility Mgmt role in the future.
