AXABRA LLC (Fleek Leaf Cannabis & Paris Cannabis Co) Axabra LLC is a licensed Tier III indoor producer/processor seeking full-time qualified trimmers to join our processing team. We are looking for individuals who can integrate with our current staff and who are enthusiastic about growing with our company. Job Description Ideal candidate is responsible for manicuring and preparing cannabis flower with shears for packing. This includes removing the flower off the stalks of the plant and separating usable product and unusable waste. The employee must be able to then trim the cannabis flower thoroughly, removing all leaf and visible stems without jeopardizing the quality or shape of the product. Job Requirements Individuals applying must have/be able to: • Previous trimming experience. • Trim a minimum of 85 grams per hour. • Demonstrate attention to detail while maintaining speed and accuracy. • Exhibit competency in basic organizational, tracking and communication skills. • Work well independently, as well as with others. • Maintain cleanliness of workstation/warehouse. • Wear a face mask covering your nose and mouth at all times while in the building. • Wear gloves at all times while handling the product. • Sit or stand for long periods of time. • Efficiently manage time during work in order to meet goals while consistently producing quality products. • Take constructive criticism from their managers as to help maintain quality standards and production goals. • Exhibit honesty and integrity. • Exhibit personal hygiene. • Show up on time for work every day ready to work. *Must be 21 years or older.
