recording studio needed

I've been writing Christian songs and would like to exchange studio time for session work - at least for a discount. I have 2 CDs out already, FAITH and Old Gin Road. Invested over 20k and maybe made between $100. and $400. in sales. Home recording equipment is fine. I have protools, Realband, and Ableton 10 live suite but unable to figure it out.
