Techs are responsible for responding to maintenance issues at the property and being available after hours for RARE legitimate emergencies onsite and rare phone calls. There is a minimum hours payment structure for all emergency responses requiring a resort visit and phone calls. Details shared during virtual interview process.
Responsibilities include: light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting and staining, mechanical, appliances, maintaining certifications, light snow removal etc. One to Two years Experience is preferred as you will be working independently most of the time. A strong work ethic and a great attitude is a must. Shifts do include holidays, weekends and some evenings.
