Found black dog

Hello! My mom and sisters recently moved to a new neighborhood, and there’s this dog that’s been roaming around outside the house, unfortunately they can’t be responsible because they already have 3 dogs, we believe he has a owner because he has a blue collars on just no id tag, we are just looking to place him in a home ASAP because this weekend is expected to be super cold, and we don’t want to leave him outside. So far he’s super friendly, and just loves attention, looks like he’s possibly a mix? Maybe Labrador or pitbull, can’t be older than a year. Pls help us out with it.
