Property manager seeks experienced plaster trades to repair cracks and gaps in ceiling and walls throughout a older Spanish residence. Looking to match original Santa Barbara finish. Must be experienced and have or be able to access to materials, tools. Need immediately. Property manager will pay all approved expenses. E-mail brief background, resume or pictures of recent work.
