We are looking for our new team member to assist with all aspects of maintenance throughout our professional buildings in Downtown La Crosse. The ideal candidate should possess qualities including: Electrical systems, machine maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry. This position will be required to work under moderate to minimal supervision and be flexible to work around professional office tenants and property needs. The ideal candidate must follow all Fair Housing Laws while maintaining a professional appearance and a prompt response to service requests. Attention to detail is necessary when utilizing our in-house application of maintenance requests. This position requires frequent walking, kneeling, bending, and lifting.
