We offer competitive pay for foreman at $650-850/week and $10-15/hr for laborers. 40+ hours a week. Other benefits: 401k, Health, Dental, Eye, Life, Observed Holidays, Sick, and Vacation time. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Supervise and train installation crews on all aspects of installation services Execute the contracted scope of installation projects Read and execute job plans per specification for the contracted scope Install plantings, lawns, irrigation, and hardscapes Load and unload heavy equipment and planting materials from trucks Schedule and monitor daily work loads of Bland Landscaping employees and our subcontractors Plan, coordinate, and collect equipment and materials each day Perform and participate in crew and department general and safety meetings Administrative Paperwork Truck and Trailer standardization and cleanliness Communicate daily with Production Manager on progress and planning Daily start up and shut down procedures Job Quality Hours management Safe driving of company-owned vehicles (with or without trailers) Ability to adjust irrigation controllers and basic knowledge of irrigation components Maintain on site relations and communications with clients, contractors and subcontractors Participate in snow removal in the winter months Required Skills: Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a routine basis Ability to bend and stoop on a continual basis Ability to work outside in all weather conditions Ability to work around bees, poison ivy, pollen, thorns and other environmental risks Must be able to work with minimal supervision Must practice safety at all times Must have valid NC Driver’s license and maintain a good driving record Must pass a criminal background check Must have good communication skills and the ability motivate others Must comply with Bland Landscaping policies and procedures Apply Below!!
