To do this, we offer a wide array of services including mold remediation, crawlspace encapsulations, indoor air quality testing, French drain installation, sump pumps installation, and more for your home or business. Our local experts serve the greater Triangle area which encompasses Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, Garner, Angier, Clayton, Knightdale and Wake Forest. We aim to exceed our customers’ expectations by delivering high quality services and an excellent customer experience. We are looking for a service technician that fits into our company culture and has similar work ethic/values as the rest of our staff. We are a growing company and are looking for technicians that want to grow with us. We are willing to train the right person for the position. Job duties include: Follow procedures to perform moisture removal/prevention services and mold remediation for residential and commercial property Follow the job site safety conditions and procedural protocol Work with lead technician and project manager Complete time sheets and work orders daily Maintain company vehicle and restock supplies as needed Ability to problem solve Ability to provide excellent customer service Strong Communication with Project Team Requirements: Good problem solving skills Customer Service Oriented Positive attitude Team player Strong and clear communication skills Ability to pass a background check and drug test Must have a valid drivers license Must be comfortable working in small spaces Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail Detail oriented Skills or Related Experience (include water damage work, pest control work, general labor, construction, etc).
