The Maintenance Professional can earn an hourly rate of $16.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on certification, skill and previous experience. Position Requirements: -Ability to perform all aspects of apartment maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and painting. -Will be willing and able to perform on-call service requests. -Possess EPA Certification Type II or Universal-Preferred. -Must provide own hand tools, reliable transportation, and a valid Driver’s License. -Ability to assist with snow removal during and after normal work hours.
