DESCRIPTION Insulation Installer Installation of batt insulation Responsibilities  Understand methods & equipment involved in Residential and Commercial Foam installs  Must have a high standard with finish Quality  Must be able to understand building codes and R-values  Learn to apply a smooth finished product  Maintenance & Cleanliness of all tools/Foam truck. Reports any problems to Manager  Must be safety minded al all times / Attend all safety meetings and enforces company safety procedures  Loading and unloading materials as needed  Operate forklift  returning scaffolding after each project  Other related duties as assigned POSITION REQUIREMENTS Skills/Training  valid drivers license  Oral Communication Skills  Train Employees as needed  ability to lift 60 lb  Ability to operate a fork lift  Time Management 1st Shift Monday – Friday (some Saturday) 6:45am – working 8 hrs + ****You MUST be able to pass a background and drug screening. ****Must have a reliable transportation.
