SMALL HOME REMODEL PROJECT Corpus Christi, Texas CASA Exteriors LLC PROJECT 1 1) Remove and install 800 sq feet or Subfloor sheathing. -What is currently on there now is already loose/soft, will come up easy and fast. 2) Install Laminate flooring, 18"x24" laminate glue type. BUDGET- $1,600 PROJECT 2 1) Remove and install 400 sq feet, about 12-14 sheets of drywall. Tape, float and texture. 2) Make small repairs to other rooms drywall areas needed. 3) Primer and paint all walls of home and ceiling. 4) Remove and salvage all baseboards to repaint and reinstall. 5) Remove and install 5 interior hollow doors/hardware, slabs only. 6) Install roll batt insulation in attic. BUDGET- $1,800 PROJECT 3- 1) Install exterior picket fencing and posts, 16 feet total. 1 standard gate to be installed. Small 6 foot area on one side of home and 10 of the other side. Only 5 posts total. 2) Construct small landing pad deck with stairs and rails for front door and rear door. 3'x4' size BUDGET- $1,200 To bid on projects must have your own transportation, truck or trailer preferred. Material pick up required. All materials will be paid for by the company. Must have your own tools for each project you bid on. Must have a VALID ID or DL, must have a SS card, will be required to fill out a W9 and background check. Previous pictures or work and resume required.
