We perform roughly 40 percent maintenance and 60 percent projects. The maintenance is a great stabilizer between projects. We are looking for a couple of experienced people with a good work ethic to join our team. If you thrive in a changing environment, this is it. General Tasks Trim, clean, and maintain properties per the clients direction Become proficient with use of hedge trimmers, saws, blowers, mower, shovels, rakes, digging bars, jack hammers, tractor. compactor, etc. Repair and install irrigation and lighting systems. Turf and paver installation. Some painting and exterior handyman work. Requirements Perform all tasks Safely at all times Be able to work outside in elements. Lift up to 75 pounds Communicate Follow Directions Must be able to pass E-Verify Clean Driving Record a Plus Turf and Paver installation experience desired RND Landscape Services 480-818-7957
