Hiring for the below : Interior fulltime apartment renovation technicians - must have valid drivers license and transortation, personal hand tools, capable to work full time 40 hrs per week plus. *must have min 3 years experience in punchouts, light electrical, light plumbing, hardware installation Lead Techs - must have same as above exception will be 5 years experience and capable to manage a team onsite while company undergoes renovations. able to assist in the day to day operations onsite at apartment community - apartment supervisor or lead techs are a plus. paid vacations after 1 year great pay /holiday pay sign on bonus under terms and conditions
